This weeks episode is a little different. Jon and Shane took a road trip around the country to visit some of Wescom's recent projects. They took some in time in the truck to debrief and talk about some of their takeaways from their time in the field. With 175 employees it can be hard to keep up with everybody and trips like this give our leadership the opportunity to spend quality time with our people.
